Paris Jerome is a New Jersey-based illustrator, writer, and game developer focusing on themes of relationships, self-discovery, and the supernatural.

Graduating with a BFA at Brooklyn College in 2023 and practicing in both traditional and digital art, they learned that there was more to art than aesthetics. In this discovery, they began developing an arrangement of original stories within varying mediums that explore complex experiences and prioritize BIPOC leads. Storytelling is essential to their creative process and growth, believing it best reflects the world around them. The importance of character-driven stories can't be missed in her writing style and artwork; it is a necessary skill they wish to share with others for greater artistic expression.

The practice of story development and how it lends itself well to varying creative outlets is a focus they have expanded within their graduate career at SVA, having earned an MFA in Visual Narrative. From game designing to graphic novels, her passion for how art can convey emotions is ever-present. She hopes to spread the magic of being both an artist and a writer.
